My name is Bill Sachse. I live in Erie Pa., up along Lake Erie. I bought my first LBC in 1968 and have pretty much kept one around since then. Among my collection over the years:1965 MG Midget, 1967 Tr4A IRS#1, 1955Tr2 long door (split ownership with my brother), 1967 Tr4A#2, 1966 Tr4A#3, 1972 (I think) Gt6, 1960 Tr3A#1, 1959 Tr3A#2, 1971 Tr6 (gift from mother in law) and 1959Tr3A#3.
I still have Tr3A#3, Tr4A#2and Tr6 plus substantial remains from other units.
In addition to the LBC's we keep two old trucks around, a nice 1947 International Harvester KB2 with 52k. It is a nice original truck with Factory chrome bumpers, dual electric wipers, two speed heater/defroster and Knox grain bed (diamond plate heavy duty built tight to haul bulk grain without leaking. Second truck is a 1940 Ford 1/2 ton. Good mechanics but needs lost of paint and window dressing work.

Owned since:
Status: occasional driver
Tr3A is a full frame off restoration and occasional driver in the summer months. The car is all steel and pretty much overhauled excepting differential and steer box. Everything else was rebuilt. I did everything but the generator overhaul and paint. I started with my first Tr3A in 1976 and finally got one on the road in 1996
