I AM in the photo - that's me inside the car at the 1999 Elkhart Lake (Road America) Fall Festival vintage races, put on by the Vintage Sports Car Driver's Association (VSCDA). After a 20 year absence from sports car racing, and spending three years restoring the TR6, I raced the car for the first time in 1999 - at Blackhawk Farms Raceway in Illinois and Road America here in Wisconsin. The car runs with speedy bits supplied by TRF, Ted Schumacher and various UK suppliers, and the Weber-equipped race engine was built by "Uncle Jack" Drews.
